CCCF fills a void in the lives of circus creators in the USA. It gives them inspiration and a goal to strive for. It puts shows on display in front of movers and shakers in the industry. Many of the shows we featured in the first edition of the festival have gone on to perform at other festivals and showcases around the world. Those artists are now making a living off of their artform, and bringing beauty and magic to audiences near and far.

When you contribute to the Chicago Contemporary Circus Festival, you are helping a budding artform thrive. Your donation is not just a drop in a bucket, it is directly affecting the lives of artists who have struggled for too long to make ends meet in an, until now, obscure art form. You are bringing the effervescence and daring wonder of contemporary circus to a public that is in dire need of such inspiration these days.
